However, users are required to comply with the rules below. 
This user is a member of our site terms of use and www.getfreeguestbook.com (hereinafter referred as the site) in the following.

1- It is the responsibility of the site owners to maintain entries in the guestbook and to ensure that any inappropriate messages are erased.

2. The site is not responsible for damages that may occur outside of its control (such as your password being stolen by a second party, or your choice of password being susceptible to being found and managed by a second party, etc.) and can not be held liable for damages and losses due to factors out of the site's control. Each member is responsible for its own account security.

3- The site services can only be provided using the Enslish language. The content of the messages written in foreign languages cannot be checked for eligibility; the site does not permit the the use of foreign languages in our services.

4- The site can make changes or upgrades in provided services for members as necessary. Changes can be made without notice before or after they take affect. The site can adverstise in the guest book pages both for itself and for its sponsors.

5- The site when necessary may delete the message in your guestbook, and reserves the right to cancel your membership.

6- The site may use your servise page after your membership has been suspended. It can see any message on your services page for purposes that include but are not limited to displaying alerts that membership has been closed for your account or to show/remove any alert/pictures.

7- In the event that a user's account is shut down, information belonging to the account becomes the property of the site and the site member cannot request any such information from site administrators.

8- In the case of interrupted service due to high traffic or any other technical difficulty, a member cannot claim any rights whatsoever.

9- Members and visitors are required to prevent or abstain from any of the kind of contents listed below while using the site's services:

- Violent content, racial intolerance, or any individual or group violent attitudes against the organisation. 
- Pornography, adult or mature content. 
- Computer / software piracy-related content. 
- Illicit drugs and pharmaceutical production equipment with the intent to sell or advertise. 
- Excessive use of vulgar or abusive language. 
- Gambling or casino-related content. 
- Clicking on ads or offers, to make calls, browse web sites or e-mail for which users are payed to read about the program content.
- Content that is illegal, promotes illegal activities that violate the legal rights of others, or any other content which violate legal statutes. 
- Making changes to the original code, using information about other users/members or using the site's services for purposes outside of what is originally intended by the site.

All members shall comply with the above-mentioned conditions of membership.
